Easter at Hope: “Jesus is Life!”
Join us at Hope Ames for Easter services as we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. Come and see!

- Inspiring Easter message by Pastor Danny Housholder
- Musical offerings by the worship team
- Quality childcare in the nursery for children age 3 & younger
- Children’s activity bags containing coloring pages and crayons available for all children
- A children’s Easter Eggstravaganza before the 9:00 & 11:00 am services in the gym
- Free treats and refreshments in the lobby
Kids’ Easter Eggstravaganza
All children and their families are invited to the gymnasium for an Easter Eggstravaganza, where festive activities will be available for children to explore! The gym will be open 45 minutes before each of the 9:00 and 11:00 am services.
If you would like to donate individually wrapped candy, you can drop it off at The Link (3329 Lincoln Way) Mon.–Thurs. 8:30 am–4:00 pm, or bring it to church on Sundays!
Parking and Accessibility
Parking is available in Lots M (except the northernmost section, reserved for authorized city vehicles) MM, and N. Handicap parking is indicated in blue on the map. Both entrances are step-free, and the main entrance has an automatic door. Volunteers will be at each entrance to help welcome and direct you!
Handicap seating is located on the main-level seating at the back-left corner, back-right corner, and at either side of the front row.
Earplugs (adult and youth sizes) are located at the Connection Desk in the lobby.

Holy Week at Hope Ames
All services will take place at the Ames City Auditorium (520 6th St). Childcare (3 and under) is available for each service.
Palm Sunday

Maundy Thursday
Thursday, April 2 | 6:00 pm
First Communion students will receive their first communion at this service.
Good Friday
Friday, April 3 | 6:00 pm
